Sinopsis : Double Decker Doug And Kirill, Di kota berjulukan Lisvalleta, rakyatnya hidup dengan hening di tengah-tengah bayangan kriminal dan obat-obatan ilegal yang merajalela. Di antara para ancaman itu, ada obat berbahaya berjulukan Anthem. Unit Investigasi Kriminal Khusus Seven-O bertugas untuk mengurus masalah Anthem. Unit ini beroperasi dengan satu tim berisi dua orang buddy yang disebut Double Decker System.
